under roads and railways
Road and rail culverts
Precast elements of road and railway culverts serve as underground passages under roads and railways, as watercourses, underground passages for small and large animals – amphibians and reptiles and as pedestrian passages. Precast elements of road and railway culverts are produced in square and rectangular shapes in closed box and split variants. According to the requirements of investors, precast culverts can be equipped with horizontal and vertical shelves, non-standard openings and perforations. The basis for precast elements are repeatable industry catalogues Transprojekt Warsaw 2007 and Kolprojekt Warsaw as well as individual technical documentation delivered or prepared for the customer.

Prestressed bridge beams
Prestressed bridge beams are used as elements of load-bearing structures of bridges. Precast elements are commonly used in bridge structures, viaducts and footbridges for pedestrians or underground crossings. Pre-stressed bridge beams are made of concrete of high strength class C40/50, C50/60. Bridge beams are produced on the basis of repeatable catalogues or individual designs. The product offer includes bridge beams such as Kujan, Kujan NG, DS, T and others. Prestressed bridge beams are designed for use in road bridge structures designed for class A moving loads according to PN-85/S and for class 150 special vehicle loads.

Bridge frame elements for road and railway structures
(precast bridge structures)
Reinforced concrete bridge structures are produced as rectangular or arched elements in accordance with the requirements of construction projects.
Bridge frame elements consist of individual elements such as L-shaped support elements and elements of the load-bearing structure in rectangular or arched shapes. Each element of the load-bearing system is prepared for monolithic bonding with a monolithic slab on site. Manufactured elements are characterized by large spans, reaching up to 15 m horizontal span of structures. They are made on the basis of documentation provided by the customer, as well as made as a replacement design for a monolithic structure, adjusted to the requirements of the held Technical Approval.

Retaining walls
Precast retaining wall elements are vertical structural elements used to transfer the pressure of the ground embankment or other material. Retaining elements are used as retaining walls for slopes and embankments, bunkers and silos for aggregates and other materials stored in prisms and tips. Manufactured retaining elements can have the shape of the letter L with or without groynes, reverse letter T as well as elements forming 90* corners. The surfaces of precast elements can be smooth or roughened and the corners chamfered.

Road slabs
Precast road slabs are an asphalt alternative: cheaper and quicker to lay. Their advantage is high resistance to various types of external factors, loads, destruction, and the ability to quickly dismantle and move to another place depending on the needs of the construction site. Depending on the reinforcement, they can withstand high traffic density and heavy vehicles.

Jomb slabs
A Jomb type precast slab is a heavy-duty slab. Jomb slabs are an ideal material used to reinforce embankments, slopes and water drains.
Jomb slabs are available in the following dimensions:

Precast weighbridges
Precast elements of lorry weighbridges are used for weighing vehicles with load capacity up to 90 tons. Due to the large variety of the elements of precast weighbridges, it is possible to configure various weighing modules up to a length of 22 m.
The elements of precast weighbridges include::

Precast tanks
are used in many areas of construction. Tanks are used, among others, for the following purposes:
Reinforced concrete tanks are sealed and septic. There is also a possibility of making drainage holes. The tanks can be put together in batteries, thus creating condensed tanks of unlimited capacity.

S-type hollow-core slabs
Hollow-core floor slabs are reinforced concrete floor elements used in general, residential, industrial and public construction. Hollow-core slabs are coverings for floors between storeys and slab roofs. Hollow-core floor slabs are characterised by relatively low weight and strength up to 1000 kg per 1 m2 of external load due to the channels running through their entire length.

Trough roof slabs
10. Trough roof slabs – Trough roof slabs are reinforced concrete floor elements designed for general and industrial construction. Trough roof slabs can be used for roof coverings in all construction works, provided that the permissible loads are maintained – up to 200 kg/m2. Precast trough roof slabs are produced in two modules with the width of 29 and 59 cm, and lengths from 150 to 360 cm, the thickness of the slabs is fixed – 10 cm. The elements are made of concrete class C16/20 and C20/25, depending on the required length. The slab resting depth at the support should not be below 5 cm. Roof trough slabs are divided into DK and DKZ types, where DK are slabs up to 300 cm long with a shelf open on one side and DKZ are slabs 300 to 360 cm long closed on both sides.

CBP-type railway slabs
CBP-type railway slabs as large precast crossing elements are used at railroad level crossings. Precast crossing slab elements are made of C45/55 concrete reinforced with AIIIN steel and protected by steel angle bracket 50x50x6.
Railway crossing slabs are manufactured with the following symbols and dimensions:
